This is the menu music, a remix of the main theme of Super Smash Bros. 4. The menu theme has various instrumental differences between the Wii U and 3DS versions, each song being a remake of its other. The theme's bass line uses the same melody as the Character Select screen music from the original Super Smash Bros.
