Clown Cannon takes less time to charge, and charge can be stored by tilting the control stick, which makes Bowser Jr. dodge
Bowser Jr. leaps back a short distance before using Clown Kart Dash
Bowser Jr. can now use five different aerial attacks after using Abandon Ship!
Neutral aerial is identical to the sole attack from SSB4
Forward aerial has him swipe his claws, which has less range and launch power than his neutral but does more damage
Back aerial has him perform a sex kick behind himself
Up aerial functions identically to his non-helpless up aerial, but with less power
Down aerial has him perform a ground pound, plummeting quickly towards the ground
Instead of releasing Mechakoopas to walk around, Bowser Jr. now pulls them out and holds them
