This track is a medley of a large number of pieces heard in the first title of the series, WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! These include, in their order of when the piece plays during the overall track: the introduction theme to 9-Volt's microgames, the boss microgame theme of Jimmy T., the theme for Dribble & Spitz's microgames (namely, Drifting Away), the introduction theme to Dr. Crygor's microgames, the introduction theme to Wario's second collection of microgames, a snippet of the game over theme of Dr. Crygor's microgames, the newsflash jingle, the Main Menu theme and finally the Title Screen theme. The medley is rearranged by the game's lead composer, and is very close to the songs as they originally appear.
The portion of Drifting Away present in the arrangement is mostly taken from the Nintendo Sound Selection Vol.3: B-Side Music soundtrack, which featured a higher quality version of the song compared to its original Game Boy Advance debut.

Who's the girl next door living in the haunted mansion?
You better learn my name 'cause it's Ashley She knows the darkest spells and she brews the meanest potions You might be the ingredient I seek Don't let yourself be fooled by her innocent demeanor You better be afraid of the great Ashley She doesn't play with dolls and she never combs her hair Who has time for girly things like that? Eye of newt, I cast a hex on you Grandma's wig, this will make you big Kitten's spit, soon your pants won't fit Pantalones giganticus! Oh no, not again... She can rule the world and still finish all her homework Everyone knows I'm the greatest Ashley You better watch your step or she'll cast a spell on you I turned my teacher into a spoon I'm a slave to my spells And yes it's true well, I don't have as many friends as you But I think you're nice and maybe we can be friends And if you say no, you're toast Who's the girl next door living in the haunted mansion You better learn my name 'cause it's Ashley Just remember this when you see her on the street I'm the coolest girl you'll ever meet (3x) |

As the title implies, Gamer is taken from the eponymous game from Game and Wario. Mostly silent, it is also filled with suspenseful audio cues that could either announce the arrival of 5-Volt or fake players out.
When played outside of the Gamer stage (i.e., in My Music, the Sound Test, or WarioWare, Inc.), it only plays the "Mom Appears!" cue that normally plays when 5-Volt jumps out of the television and sweeps the stage with her gaze.
When played on Gamer with hazards off, or with the level in Ω form or Battlefield form, only audio cues such as the door opening or the TV turning on are played.
