This is a list of music tracks from the Minecraft series available in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Minecraft received 7 music tracks in Ultimate, 6 of which are new arrangements. Music from the original game was unable to be used due to "various circumstances" including licensing difficulties and their style being deemed too relaxing,[1] so the songs are from 2 of the spin-offs—Minecraft Earth and Minecraft Dungeons—and the Legacy Console Mini Games. These tracks are available to play on the Minecraft World stage, as well as Battlefield, Small Battlefield, Big Battlefield, and Final Destination.

Trivia

  • Minecraft has the fewest number of music tracks out of all DLC universes, with only seven, beaten by the eight of Dragon Quest.
    • It is worth noting, however, that the Minecraft music changes depending on the day/night cycle on the stage, creating extra music tracks within the existing seven, and that Dragon Quest did not receive any arrangements.
  • Despite Sakurai stating in the Mr. Sakurai Presents that there was a balance between Battle, Tumble, and Glide themes in the song selection, there are no songs from the Tumble minigame, and only one Glide song.
  • The Legacy Console Mini Games are not available in the current versions of Minecraft, making their songs the first in Smash to not be present in the game of origin at the time of being added. Presumably, they were included due to the issues in securing songs from the original Minecraft soundtrack.
  • "Earth" is the second song to originate from a mobile game - that being Minecraft Earth - after "Gear Up For…" from Fire Emblem Heroes.
