An arrangement of the theme during the opening cutscene and title themes of the original Pokémon games made for Brawl. This incarnation starts as an electric guitar solo before going into an orchestrated version, which incorporates more woodwinds as well as the traditional brass and strings. For the final loop, the melody is raised in key by three half steps.

This track is an arrangement of two tracks in Pokémon Red & Blue, the first and main section being an orchestrated remix of the music first heard in Route 1, also heard in Route 2. These two routes both border Viridian City, hence the name of the track. The second part of this arrangement is a serene remix of the music first debuting within Viridian City itself, which also plays in Pewter City.
This track is an arrangement of two tracks in Pokémon Red & Blue: the piece starts with a march-styled orchestral remix of the Route 1 theme (also heard in Route 2), then transitions to a brass-led rock remix of the same theme, before finally ending with a calming mandolin-based remix of the Viridian City theme (also heard in Pewter City).

This track is another orchestrated remix of a music track in Pokémon Red & Blue, this time being the music that plays in the bulbapedia, which in itself is a light remix of the main theme. It originally debuted in Brawl. The song begins in the key of F major, which most closely resembles the FireRed and LeafGreen iteration of the tune; after the first loop, it drops to D major, which matches the original Red and Blue version. It then rises to E major which resembles the Diamond and Pearl iteration of the tune and finally back to F major for the loop.

Origin
Origin
This track is an arrangement of two well-recognised music pieces that debuted in Pokémon Red/Green/Blue. The first piece is an orchestral remix of the music that plays when the Pokémon Trainer explores a bulbapedia, while the second piece is the music that plays when a Pokémon evolves. The Evolution music also plays in the bulbapedia and during the trading sequence when trading Pokémon.
This track, returning from Brawl, is an arrangement of two well-recognised music pieces that debuted in Pokémon Red & Blue. The first piece is an orchestral remix of the music that plays inside a bulbapedia, done with a brassy, percussive style similar to a march; the second piece is the music that plays when a Pokémon evolves, done in an orchestral rock style with electric guitar.

The Pokémon Gym portion is mostly based on the arrangement of the song heard in Pokémon Ruby & Sapphire; also, in the Evolution portion there is a transposition of the melody after the first few loops, which is an effect that has been applied to the motif ever since Pokémon Gold & Silver.

Origin
Origin
This track is a synthesized medley of three popular music pieces from the first generation of Pokémon. The first of these is the standard Trainer Battle Theme, which would play whenever Red fought a regular trainer, that being a trainer who is not the player's rival (when fighting him at the end of the game), a Gym Leader, or a member of the Elite 4. The second music piece within the medley is a remix of the Gym Leader Theme, a music piece that originally played when the player fought a Gym Leader or Elite Four, and the third sub-track is a remix of the standard Wild Pokémon Battle Theme, which would play when a Pokémon Trainer encountered a wild Pokémon in tall grass, within a cave, on the water's surface, by fishing, or by a predetermined encounter. This track was previously titled "Poké Floats" in previous games, as it was originally played on the stage of the same name in Super Smash Bros. Melee.

This track is a synthesized medley of three music pieces from Pokémon Gold & Silver. The first of these is the standard Wild Pokémon Battle! theme, based upon its Gold & Silver incarnation. the sub-track from which this overall music piece takes its name. In Pokémon Gold and Silver Versions, this would play whenever the Pokémon Trainer encountered a wild Pokémon that is not classed as legendary. The second sub-track is the Gym Leader Theme, a sub-track also heard in Pokémon Red / Pokémon Blue Medley. The final sub-track is a remixed excerpt of the music that would play when the player fought Lance or Red. Prior to Ultimate, this track was titled "Battle Theme" in Melee and Brawl and "Pokémon Stadium 2" in SSB4.

This track is a remix of the music that played when Brendan or May explored bulbapedia in Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire, which also plays in the Pokémon League area once the player has stepped through the door protected by two guards. The theme itself is loosely based on the Pokémon series main theme. The track also returned for Pokémon Emerald as well as the Generation III remakes, bulbapedia. As opposed to the original march-style feeling of the original song, this remix has more of a progressive rock style, while retaining the prominent swung rhythm.

This is an arrangement of the track played when fighting Cynthia, champion of the Sinnoh region, in Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl, as well as Pokémon Black, Pokémon White, Pokémon Black 2, and Pokémon White 2. It also plays the music when the player encounters Cynthia at the end of the Elite Four in those games.
This is an arrangement of the track played when fighting bulbapedia, champion of the Sinnoh region, in Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl, as well as her later appearances. It also plays the music when the player encounters Cynthia at the end of the Sinnoh bulbapedia. In contrast to the original battle theme, it has a light, chamber orchestra-esque feeling, using instruments such as piano, violin, and accordion, as well as elements of chiptune; the Champion Cynthia segment, however, is very close to the original piano-based theme.

Universe Pokémon
Debut game Pokémon Red & Blue
Arrangement debut Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Origin[edit]

This track, returning from Brawl, is an arrangement of two well-recognised music pieces that debuted in Pokémon Red & Blue. The first piece is an orchestral remix of the music that plays inside a Pokémon Gym, done with a brassy, percussive style similar to a march; the second piece is the music that plays when a Pokémon evolves, done in an orchestral rock style with electric guitar.

This is a remix of the Champion theme from Pokémon Sun and Moon. While it keeps a similar orchestral style, it introduces elements of rock music, including a guitar solo performed by Hiroaki Tsutsumi.[2] This track was arranged by Shota Kageyama, regular composer for the Pokémon series.
