Origin[edit]

This is an upbeat remix of the "Athletic" theme from Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. On Yoshi's Island, the song switches between a more energetic remix for the Spring and Summer phases (this remix contains a brief excerpt from Baby Bowser's theme), and a more subdued remix for the Fall and Winter phases. In custom stages and the Sound Test, only the Spring and Summer variation is available.

Origin[edit]

Yoshi Touch & Go featured a marathon mode, which was essentially an endless level, with this track playing exclusively in the mode. The track was lightly remixed for its inclusion in Brawl. The name "Flower Field" originates from its name in the track listing of the Nintendo Sound Selection Vol.3: B-Side Music compilation album.
