The following is a list of all 544 trophies that appear in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Players are able to sort trophies by series or by type.
Note: The European stylizing of all capital letters or removal of colons have been omitted from the table for brevity in cases where that is the only difference from the American version.

- ^ The trophy states that Green Koopa Paratroopas appear in Mario Hoops 3-on-3, however only Red ones appear. The Korean version instead states that they appear in New Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario Bros.
- ^ The F.L.U.D.D. and Poltergust 3000 trophies are placed in the Others section rather than in the Fighter Related section. This is very odd considering the fact that Luigi used the vacuum in Luigi's Mansion and F.L.U.D.D. is in Mario's moveset.
- ^ The Shellcreeper trophy states it appeared in Super Mario Advance, but in that game’s included remake of Mario Bros., the Shellcreeper was replaced by the Spiny. However, an image of a Shellcreeper does appear on the title screen for the Mario Bros. mode, so it is still accurate. This same initially questionable game inclusion occurs on the Shellcreeper's trophy in Smash for Wii U.
- ^ In Japanese versions of the game, Blade Knight's other game appearance is listed as Kirby Super Star. It was removed in Western versions of the game for unknown reasons.
- ^ In the NTSC version of Brawl, Walky's trophy shows Kirby's Dream Land as being on the NES, rather than the Game Boy. In the Japanese version, Walky's debut is listed as Kirby's Adventure, but Walky did not appear in either Kirby's Dream Land or Kirby's Adventure. The Korean version instead only lists Kirby Super Star Ultra for its description.
- ^ In the Japanese version of Brawl, Halberd's other game appearance was listed as Kirby: Squeak Squad. It is unknown why this was removed in international releases.
- ^ In the Japanese version, the game appearance order was switched.
