This is a list of largest Smash tournaments based on the number of confirmed entrants for each event. It includes the top 15 largest Smash tournaments over any game in the series, as well as listings for each individual game separately (including the Project M mod). Online tournaments are not included.

To qualify for one of these lists, a tournament must have a minimum of 100 entrants.

The record for largest Smash tournament is currently held by EVO 2016, with 2,662 entrants for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 2,372 entrants for Super Smash Bros. Melee.[1]
