Trivia[edit]
- Prince Ramen became the second person (behind Seagull Joe) to have taken a set off of ZeRo in pools in Smash 4.
- This is the first tournament in Smash 4 history where ZeRo was eliminated before Top 8 singles, finishing at 9th place (being his third worst placing in Smash 4 history, his worst placing being 2GGC: Civil War).
- This is also the first tournament in Smash 4 history that Trela was eliminated in pools. He placed 385th.
- Abadango, who placed 4th in Smash 4, also participated in Pokkén Tournament, where he placed 5th.
- This tournament is notable for many top players' poor placings, such as Ally getting 49th, Pink Fresh, K9sbruce, Vinnie, and RAIN getting 33rd, Marss, and FOW getting 25th, ESAM, Tweek, and Nairo getting 17th, ZeRo getting 9th, and Trela, 6WX, Seagull Joe, and MVD drowning in pools.
- This was Ally's worst placing at a Smash 4 tournament in his career, placing at 49th place.
