Mr. Game and Watch holds out a chair infront of him. The move lasts very long, having 18 active frames, hitting from frame 13-30. It also has niche use as a 2 framing tool. However, the move is heavily outclassed in neutral and advantage state by forward smash, as it starts on the same frame, has more kill power, and lingers longer than forward tilt.
