OverviewEdit

Pichu's Neutral aerial is a cornerstone of its gameplan, representing one of Pichu's key benefits over Pikachu, and is arguably the best Neutral aerial among the cast. Frequent use of this move is mandatory to be 'successful' with Pichu, as a number of its other moves are somewhat if not entirely outclassed by it.

Similar to Pikachu's version, except has one less frame of landing lag when L-canceled, and possesses a much smaller damageable hit box. Overall, Pichu's Neutral air is an excellent move, being able to combo into itself at many percents and grant KO's.
