Mii Brawler (SSBU)

Mii Brawler (Mii格闘タイプ, Mii Hand-to-Hand Fighting Type) is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. They were confirmed as playable characters on June 12th, 2018 along with the other Mii Fighter types, Swordfighter, and Gunner.

Changes from Super Smash Bros. 4

An icon used in notice templates. NOTE: SmashWiki is not speculative. Please refrain from adding detailed data values derived from pre-release gameplay footage, such as the E3 demo. Such data (damage values, launch trajectories, frame data, etc.) are subject to change before the official release.

Aesthetics

  • Change Players can customize the Mii Fighter's voice clips. Up to 12 voices are selectable.
  • Change Mii Brawlers have had their body proportions adjusted.
  • Change While still based off the "Guest C" Mii, the default Mii Brawler has an altered appearance.
  • Change The default outfits for the Mii Brawler has significantly more detail, featuring a stylised shirt with extra padding on their forearms and shins.

Attributes

  • Buff Like all characters, the Mii Brawler's jumpsquat now takes three frames to complete.

Ground attacks

  • Change Neutral infinite is now performed with one hand.
  • Change Forward smash now leaves an electrical trail on the Mii Brawler's fist, and the Mii Brawler no longer flexes during its ending animation.

Special moves

  • Change The Mii Brawler now has a jumping flaming uppercut with an explosion at the end, dealing five hits in total. The Mii Brawler switches his hands for the final hit. The move resembles Ultimate Uppercut; however, it is currently unclear if it is the same move or an entirely different one.
  • Change The Mii Brawler now has a counterattack. After being hit, the Mii Brawler will grab the opponent before throwing the victim on the ground behind them. It is unknown what attack it replaces.
  • Change The kick attack used during Feint Jump sends the Mii Brawler flying at a more downward angle.
  • Buff Soaring Axe Kick's animation has been altered, and appears to be performed faster.
