Captain Falcon's up tilt, unofficially called The Heel of Shame or sometimes just The Heel, is an axe kick with moderate startup that meteor smashes aerial opponents at the heel. While this is the most common use of this move, it also has good horizontal knockback, enabling it to be used to continue or start combos at mid percents.
