This is the list of known changes in version 1.1.0 of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Universal
- Fixed a glitch causing throws in Training Mode to gradually reduce knockback taken by the victim if the Fixed Damage option was turned on, even to the point of them taking no knockback.
- AI parameters were adjusted for many characters.
- The short hop attack power multiplier is now applied correctly to fighters with more than one mid air jump.
Link
- The animation for crouching when holding an item has been updated.
Kirby
- Up aerial has less ending lag (FAF 40 → 38).
- The animation for Final Cutter has been updated.
Luigi
- Up aerial has less ending lag (FAF 30 → 27).
Ness
- PK Flash's hitbox is slightly larger (0.9 -> 1.05 min) (1.43 -> 1.7 max)
- PK Flash takes slightly longer to charge (90 frames -> 92)
Jigglypuff
- Jigglypuff takes a shorter time to deflate after using Puff Up (121 frames -> 60)
Peach
- Dash attack has less knockback growth (140 → 130).
Daisy
- Dash attack has less knockback growth (140 → 130).
- The animation for Toad has been updated.
Dr. Mario
- Super Sheet
- Super Sheet's reflection bubble is now larger (6.5u -> 7.7u)
- Super Sheet has adjusted offsets (6.5u -> 8u Y axis.) (8 -> 6.5 Z axis)
- Super Sheet reflects projectiles with a higher damage multiplier (1.5x → 1.6x).
Marth
- The animation for swinging with a battering weapon has been updated.
Lucina
- The animation for swinging with a battering weapon has been updated.
Chrom
- Awakening Aether's camera was adjusted.
Mewtwo
- Disable has more ending lag (FAF 47 → 52).
Dark Pit
- Up throw has more ending lag (FAF 33 → 38), making it identical to Pit's.
Meta Knight
- Dash attack has more ending lag (FAF 32 → 33).
Snake
- The chance of being damaged when a C4 drops has been increased (64% -> 96%)
Sonic
- The animation for crouching when holding an item has been updated.
- The animation for swinging with a battering weapon has been updated.
Wii Fit Trainer
- Dash attack has less ending lag (FAF 43 → 39).
- The speed of the soccer ball when perfectly timing Header has been increased (2.8 -> 3.5 air speed) (1.5 -> 1.6 fall speed)
Mii Swordfighter
- Gale Strike travels slightly faster (0.55 -> 0.65).
- Gale Strike travels significantly less distance due to it's shorter lifespan (100 frames -> 52)
- Chakram has a significantly shorter life span when smash inputted (45 frames -> 23)
- Shuriken of Light has a longer lifespan (30 frames -> 38)
Shulk
- The second victory pose's animation has been updated.
Bowser Jr.
- Abandon Ship! has more super armor.
- Bowser Jr. can no longer air dodge more than once after using Abandon Ship!.
- Bowser Jr can act much quicker after starting Clown Kart Dash (40 frames -> 32)
- Bowser Jr. travels slightly less horizontal distance after colliding with a wall using Clown Kart Dash (0.7 -> 0.62)
Bayonetta
- Witch Time's base duration is higher (5 frames -> 22)
- Witch Time's duration scaling is lower (0.4 → 0.3).
- Witch Time's regeneration per frame is slower (0.04 → 0.03).
- Infinite Witch Time glitch created.
Inkling
- Splat Bomb deals more damage (8%-14% → 9%-15%).
- Splat Bomb applies more ink (80/140 → 110/170).
Ridley
- Space Pirate Rush
- Space Pirate Rush has three additional animations.
- Ridley jumps a further horizontal distance when starting the move (3.7 -> 4)
- The move has a shorter autocancel window (19 frames -> 17)
- Ridley travels a shorter horizontal distance when failing the move (0.7 -> 0.6)
Isabelle
