Toomai, you know the Smash Arena? I've noticed that when voting is in progress, The "Winner" picure at the top is blank other than the word "Undecided 0-0". I was wondering if you could make it so that Smash Arena will show the current score and the picture of who is winning. It would be a help if you're in a rush. This was suggested before and didn't get far. There's a bunch of reasons why it's a bad idea:

Doubles the number of edits required to keep things up to date.
Updating the score may edit conflict with people who want to vote.
Possibility of bias towards leader is increased.

Glitch?

Hey, Toomai. I was just playing Classic Mode with Link in Brawl. Master Hand had 15 HP left an used Background Jet. I then hit him with my Dair, which put him at 0 HP. However, he didn't die right away; he started his dying animation after the animation for him ending the attack ended. Has this happened before? Is this a glitch?

Not unusual at all, a few bosses have to finish whatever they're doing before they can die (e.g. if Porky is in the air he has to land before dying). Jet Stream is just one of the more obvious cases. Toomai Glittershine

Verification request

Hey Toomai, in the knockback page, it says that 1 stage builder block per second is a speed of 183.333 (so on). May you please verify that?--Bandit 22:25, 28 June 2012 (EDT)

I fixed it. One stage builder block is 20 units, so covering it in one second (60 frames) means a speed of 1/3 units per frame, which converts to a knockback of 10. (Note that you won't get that far because of slowing down, but that's besides the point.) Toomai Glittershine

About Character Icons

Hypocritical Hues

On what are you basing your assertion that my edit to the Smash Arena darkened the already dark background? I changed the background color from 0000bf to 0000e6, which contrary to your comment, actually LIGHTENED it. In your edit, you claimed that you "changed it back", but you actually further lightened the blue to 0000ff. Additionally, there were not one, but THREE comments disapproving of the original background color (0000bf) in that ONE ROUND alone, contradicting your statement about there being "few if any complaints" about it. Okay yes I have made a mistake. When I saw your edit, I thought the original colour was 0000ff, so I saw the 0000e6 and thought you had darkened it.

My statement about complaints was aimed at previous rounds using the colour 0000ff (as that's what I thought the target one was at the time), not the current round (I did say "in the past"). That said I maintain that the colour 0000bf is perfectly fine as a background; blue does happen to be the darkest of the colours in the mid-range as I see it, but it's not dark enough to warrant white text.
