Mii Fighter (Mii格闘タイプ, Mii Hand-to-Hand Fighting Type) is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. They were confirmed as playable characters on June 12th, 2018 along with the other Mii Fighter types, Swordfighter, and Gunner.

Changes from Super Smash Bros. 4

Aesthetics

  •   Players can customize the Mii Fighter's voice clips. Up to 12 voices are selectable.
  •   Mii Brawlers have had their body proportions adjusted.
  •   While still based off default Miis, the Mii Brawler has an altered appearance.
  •   The default outfits for the Mii Brawlers have significantly more detail, featuring a stylised shirt with extra padding on their forearms and shins.

Other Changes

  •   The Mii Brawler now has a flaming uppercut with an explosion at the end, dealing five hits in total. The move resembles Ultimate Uppercut; however, it is currently unclear if it is the same move or an entirely different one.
  •   The Mii Brawler now has a counter. After being hit, the Mii Brawler will grab the opponent before throwing the victim on the ground behind them.
  •   Soaring Axe Kick's animation has been altered, and appears to be performed faster.

Trivia

  • It is currently unknown whether their special moves are editable. However the changes to Palutena's moves suggest it is no longer possible.
