Meta Knight using his back throw on Marth.

Meta Knight teleports and slashes the opponent backward. The throw has good knockback and can KO at very high percentages, although it is usually not a very reliable KO move, even near the edge (unless the opponent DIs badly). By far its most common use is to get opponents offstage to put them into an edgeguarding situation. The move also has occasional followup options depending on the opponent's DI, such as a Shuttle Loop against characters such as Snake. Overall, the move is one of Meta Knight's more commonly used throws due to its knockback.
