Peach (ピーチ, Pīchi) will be a playable character in Super Smash Bros. 4. She was announced on September 12, 2013. After the release of Super Mario 3D World, a link to the official site for the game appears at the bottom of her website page.
Confirmed information
- Peach's hair-color appears to be lighter than in Brawl.
- The following attacks appear visually unchanged:
- Forward aerial
- Back throw
- Dash Attack
- Up tilt
- Toad
- Peach Parasol
- Up smash now seems to spawn a ribbon around Peach, with an apparent increase in horizontal reach.
- Has a new move that generates a rainbow, though it's unclear if it's an attack or a taunt.
