User talk:Omega Tyrant
I will brawl anyone that challenges me, regardless of their skill level. If you want to Brawl me, contact me here or on the IRC. If you wish, you can also ask me for my Wii code (to exchange vault data). If you do brawl me, be sure to have tourney rules set. I'm also on the IRC everyday and due to my inconsistent sleeping patterns, you can find me on there in the most unusual of hours.
A plea of forgiveness
For whatever trouble AB has caused, please take note he is regretting his actions. I had a long talk with him, but while we gave him ideas of redemption, he still failed to find the courage to face you. I am grievly sorry for his rude behavior and lack of sensitivity towards others. Hopefully he no longer thinks that stuff like this is a joke. This was almost sickening to write, as I told him he should do it. Still despite being told not to, I felt minorly guilty for this, even though I had nothing to do with it. Since AB wouldn't ask forgiveness on his own, I had to do it. You were offended by his misdeed but I needed to do this. It was too eventful to avoid conferentation and all I can do is say what AB can't in order to forget this and move on. He is ashamed and is more then is adverage sorry on such topics. He begs for forgiveness and will do anything to make up for it. He sees his wrongings, but all I can hope for is that this is the end of it.Drakon64 23:36, 17 January 2012 (EST)
Admins
Are there enough admins on this wiki? Smash Master (talk) 12:33, 19 January 2012 (EST)

Request to make article
Can I make an article called Vertical endurance? I felt like I was being useless on the Wiki and have earned disrespect. THEAVENGINGBANDIT 22:26, 22 January 2012 (EST)
- Just stating the name of the article doesn't help. No, you could just go ahead and make the page, but if you're seeking approval, it would be best to describe what you are exactly talking about. 108.194.146.241 22:30, 22 January 2012 (EST)

If it is not, please explain what vertical endurance is. 108.194.146.241 22:35, 22 January 2012 (EST)

- And I should respect your laziness to read why? The IP linked you to an article containing what you were talking about, and instead of reading the article like a responsible contributor to see if your article idea was already covered, you just kept pressing on about your article, completely ignoring the IP out of your own laziness to read.

Kirby's Final Cutter in Brawl
It means that the meteor smash hitboxes of Kirby's Final Cutter no longer disappears after a short while like it did in Melee. Smash Master (talk) 14:09, 24 January 2012 (EST)
- That's still not very descriptive. If you're saying the entirety of Brawl Final Cutter has a meteor smash hitbox, then it's very obviously wrong. If you're saying the drop portion always has a meteor smash hitbox, I'm pretty sure Melee Final Cutter didn't produce different hitboxes after the initial thrust down. Omega Tyrant 14:26, 24 January 2012 (EST)
- About what you just said "If you're saying the drop portion always has a meteor smash hitbox", then yes, that was what I was tring to say, about Brawl. Smash Master (talk) 14:40, 24 January 2012 (EST)
- And as I said in the latter portion, I don't recall Melee Final Cutter producing different hitboxes after the initial down thrust. Omega Tyrant 14:54, 24 January 2012 (EST)

In both Melee and Brawl, Final Cutter's meteor smash is not replaced with something else until Kirby lands and the wave is produced. However, in Melee, the meteor smash only lasts for 10 frames (I believe), while in Brawl it seems to last indefinitely. Toomai Glittershine The Brazen 15:22, 24 January 2012 (EST)

The comment you made is also unnecessary, as the image is already tagged as a candidate for speedy deletion, and an admin will see it when they get to it. Question
How did you know that One was a sockpuppet? Toomai Glittershine The Yoshi 19:00, 19 February 2012 (EST)
- Avengingbandit admitted the entire thing. Also, checkuser will have shown that after making One's RfA, he signed in as Avengingbandit on the same computer, meaning that the last known IP of the two users was the same. PenguinofDeath 19:08, 19 February 2012 (EST)
- I knew that CheckUser would have shown it; I was wondering how he was tipped off in the first place, since (not knowing it was admitted) I saw no evidence anywhere. Toomai Glittershine The Celeritous 19:48, 19 February 2012 (EST)
- One's behavior on IRC (having an unusual self confidence not displayed in new users, being on both SmashWiki and DK Wiki IRC, and asking around about adminship), got me suspicious that they were a sock of AB. So I check user'd to be sure, and sure enough, I was correct. Omega Tyrant 20:47, 19 February 2012 (EST)

SSBM Giant Punch intangibility
Clearly at least some part of the full charge release has intangibility frames as seen here. But if it's a very narrow range, not sure whether removing it would be nerf-noteworthy. Toomai Glittershine The Irrepressible 08:05, 20 March 2012 (EDT)
- Considering that the Giant Punch was given a fairly large super armor window in Brawl, the intangibility window in Melee would have to be nearly as large to consider the removal of it to be a nerf. Omega Tyrant 09:22, 20 March 2012 (EDT)
- Okay yeah, checked and it's only 2 frames, so not a nerf. Toomai Glittershine The Brazen 17:36, 20 March 2012 (EDT)

- Kirby's f-smash will have just as much start-up and ending lag offline, and with no lag to delay inputs, you won't be protected from being so easy to punish. Same applies to your rolls. Now you can stop being an arrogant ass, and either present the offline results to support your claim, or humbly accept someone who wrecked you online would wreck you just as hard or beat you even worse offline. Skill
Criticizing my skill huh? Well you have no right to criticize my skill. You don't know how I play offline, I'm just a bit worse online. And another thing, I "AM" a challenge. Smash Master 15:48, 26 March 2012 (EDT)
- I suggest you do two things:
- Drop this argument. Neither side is going to change their opinion, and no one likes unending arguments.
- Find a tournament near you. You say you can play like you could be in one, so why not do so and obtain the skill proof OT wants? You might even get your brother to tag along for doubles or something. Toomai Glittershine The Keymaster 16:12, 26 March 2012 (EDT)
- Pretty much what Toomai said. If some lag really holds you back that much, do well in offline tournaments, if you care that much about how others think of you. If you want to argue this with me, bring it to IRC. And being able to effortlessly 2/3 stock you is not a challenge.
- Also, as I told you yesterday on IRC, blind arrogance is going to keep you from ever improving. Instead of trying to tell me you are a challenge when what I saw and play against says otherwise, and telling others you're a near "Smash god", why not look at the criticisms of how you play, and work on improving upon them? need help
OT, I have a problem, since AiB starts changing the picture profiles of the players into random LoL characters, I got one that it did not like, which was a girl. Can you help me change the image to what I wanted or I'm I stuck with it for now? ..... The Spectre 21:34, 1 April 2012 (EDT)
