Character description

Riki is the resident Heropon of Frontier Village. The Elder, Dunga, reveals that this is position has very little to do with Riki's worth, but as payment for a large number of debts Riki and his family have accrued. He is forced into Shulk's party as a matter of helping him and Melia fight the Telethia.

Riki is a very childish character. He speaks in a largely childish matter, and has very little bearing on the plot at large. However, he is a devoted follower of Shulk and Melia, and is a competent fighter when he needs to be. A conversation in Xenoblade Chronicles reveals that he is actually 40 years old, and has a wife and several children.
