Bowser (クッパ, Kuppa) will be a playable character in Super Smash Bros. 4.

Confirmed information

Out of all of the returning characters seen so far, Bowser appears to have changed the most. He stands upright as opposed to his hunched-over posture from previous games, and has a new dashing animation where he runs upright instead of scuttling along the ground. He also appears to have multiple new attacks, such as a two-footed dropkick, a dashing kick, and an aerial attack where he spins his limbs vertically. His down tilt doesn't have a scratch effect. Bowser Bomb now has a larger hitbox.

Aside from these changes, Bowser's forward tilt, down aerial, Fire Breath, Flying Slam, and Whirling Fortress appear unchanged.
