Mii Swordfighter rears back before thrusting forward with a downward diagonal slash. With no [[rage]] and [[DI]]'d correctly, its [[sweetspot]] at the tip [[KO]]s middleweights around 100% from center stage, while the middle hit KOs around 110%, and the inmost sourspot KOs around 115%. Its [[startup]] at 15 frames and horizontal [[reach]] is rather average for a [[forward smash]], but its severe 42 frames of [[ending lag]] makes it very [[punish]]able, being at -34 or -33 frames of disadvantage on shield, giving opponents enough time to drop their shield and punish with their own smash attack. This severe punishibility limits its use to punishes and hard [[read]]s.

Its range and startup aren't anything noteworthy and it's very unsafe on shield at -34, limiting its use to punishes and hard reads. Overall, it's a really unremarkable move, especially when compared to the forward smashes of the other Mii Fighters, be it [[Mii Gunner (SSBU)|Gunner's]] for its better range, or [[Mii Brawler (SSBU)|Brawler's]] for killing a lot earlier.

Overview[edit]

Mii Swordfighter rears back before thrusting forward with a downward diagonal slash. With no rage and DI'd correctly, its sweetspot at the tip KOs middleweights around 100% from center stage, while the middle hit KOs around 110%, and the inmost sourspot KOs around 115%. Its startup at 15 frames and horizontal reach is rather average for a forward smash, but its severe 42 frames of ending lag makes it very punishable, being at -34 or -33 frames of disadvantage on shield, giving opponents enough time to drop their shield and punish with their own smash attack. This severe punishibility limits its use to punishes and hard reads.
