Cody Schwab, formerly known as iBDW, is a Melee smasher from Queens, New York, previously having attended college in Rochester, New York before graduating. He originally began competing out of curiosity for how far he could progress in late Spring of 2015, but after having difficulty finding practice in person he began grinding on Anther's Ladder, where he quickly rose to the top of the rankings. His play style makes heavy usage of Fox's up-air for juggles, his tilts and mobility for zoning and approaching, and quick out of shield options to create openings or end stocks. He is also famed for his heavy use of fulljumping to find openings and beat out approaches.
He is currently ranked 4th on the SSBMRank 2022, and was formerly ranked 1st on the New York City Melee Power Rankings and 3rd on the SoCal Melee Power Rankings.
In pools of Smash Summit 8, Cody Schwab went 0-3 losing to Zain 1-3, Spud 2-3 and Ginger 1-3, earning himself the bottom seed in main bracket, but once in main bracket he would go on to beat S2J 3-0 before losing to Trif 2-3. In losers, Cody Schwab would beat moky 3-2, Mango 3-1, aMSa 3-0, and Hungrybox 3-1, before finally falling to Wizzrobe 1-3, placing 4th.
In September 2021, after almost a year of exceptionally strong performances online, Cody Schwab would claim his first ever major tournament win at Riptide. He defeated Hungrybox 3-1, and then Plup 3-2 and 3-1 in two back to back sets to win the tournament without dropping a set.
Cody Schwab would later win his first supermajor at Smash Summit 12 in December 2021. He notably defeated Hungrybox 3-1, Leffen 3-2, aMSa 3-1, Zain 3-2, and Mango 3-0 to win the tournament without dropping a set, claiming his first set win over Zain in the process and finally defeating every player that was ranked above him on the 2019 MPGR.

- When he was younger, his Xbox tag was "iBDoiNWorK" which he then shortened to iBDW upon coming into the competitive Smash scene. He confirmed that it stood for nothing, and he usually preferred for people to refer to him by his name, Cody. He officially changed his tag to his real name, Cody Schwab, following GENESIS 9.
- Cody Schwab is colorblind, being a protanope (absence of red retinal photoreceptors, making him unable to see red and several shades of other colors).
- Cody Schwab has defeated all of the 2019 MPGR top 8 in offline sets, defeating Mango, aMSa, and Hungrybox at Smash Summit 8, Leffen at Shine 2019, Wizzrobe at Smash Summit 9, Axe at Smash Summit 11, Plup at Riptide, and Zain at Smash Summit 12.
