Big D is a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Ice Climbers player from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, considered the best Ice Climbers player in the world. He initially began as a King Dedede player, and was considered one of the best King Dedede players during the early metagame, but has since dropped the character. He is currently ranked 4th on the British Columbia Ultimate Power Rankings, 3rd on the Smash Canada Rankings Ultimate, and 49th on the Fall 2019 PGRU with wins over players such as ProtoBanham, Zackray, Maister, Riddles, Cosmos, MuteAce, Dark Wizzy and Scend.

In SSB4, he was also considered to be one of the best King Dedede players in the world along with ZAKI, though because of the glaring weaknesses of King Dedede, he eventually relegated the character to a secondary in favor of Mario and Captain Falcon. Big D was one of the highest ranked and most consistent player from Vancouver and British Columbia both locally and regionally, having defeated top players such as Larry Lurr, Mew2King, and Tyrant. He is ranked 1st on the British Columbia Smash 4 Power Rankings and 8th on the Canada Smash Ranking.

During the Brawl era, Big D was a King Dedede main. He used to be a member of the Smash Lab, Brawl Backroom and the PMDT before they disbanded. Prior to Northwest Majors: Drop Zone, he did not lose a single Brawl tournament while attending tournaments with notable players such as Alphicans, FoCus, KillLock, Nerd, and Seibrik. He is ranked 1st on the British Columbia Brawl Power Rankings.

Big D also played Melee as an Ice Climbers main and was formerly ranked 6th on the British Columbia Melee Power Rankings.
