The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

Ike (アイク, Aiku) returns as a playable character in Super Smash Bros. 4. He was announced on May 23rd, 2014, in a Pic of the day post. Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones was released the same day in North America in 2005. Rather than using his design from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance as was the case in Brawl, his appearance here is based on his appearance in the game's sequel, Radiant Dawn, wearing the same outfit as that in his Hero class, and looking older and significantly more muscular.
Changes from Brawl
Quick Draw's mid-air slash no longer leaves Ike in a helpless state.
However, Ike is forced in a helpless state if a mid-air Quick Draw ends without attacking.
When using Eruption, Ragnell will now shine when it has reached its full power before becoming completely charged, providing an indication of when to release it without suffering recoil damage, and seems to charge very slighty faster.
It is also weaker.
Dash attack is stronger.
Neutral air is slightly sped up.
Forward air has slightly less start up.
All throws deal 1% more damage.
Down smash is slightly stronger.
Foward tilt deals 1% less damage.
Quickdraw is weaker.
Jab combo deals lower damage.
Aether deals less damage.
Great Aether's power has been lowered from 78% to 60%.
Most of his moves that involve flames have changed to be a blue color, rather than a red color.
The following moves remain visually unchanged:
Special Moves
In Super Smash Bros. 4, special moves can be swapped out for different variants, but none of Ike's have been seen in action. He retains all of his original special moves. These are Ike's special moves:
