Rosalina (SSB4)

Rosalina (ロゼッタ&チコ, Rosetta & Chiko) known on the website as Rosalina & Luma, has been confirmed to be a newcomer in Super Smash Bros. 4.

Known moveset

  • Creation of Lumas, which aid in attacks similar to Nana of the Ice Climbers. Lumas can attack while either next to or projected away from Rosalina, using a set of punches, kicks, and Star Bit shots implied to be connected with Rosalina's moveset. Lumas can be used to combo opponents back and forth with Rosalina, and like Pikmin can take attacks and be destroyed.
  • Multiple kicks where miniature galaxies appear.
  • Releasing a blast of magical energy in front of her. The attack can be charged, making it a possible forward smash.
  • An attack that appears to hit on both sides with the Luma hitting in the opposite order, possibly a down smash as it can be charged.
  • Producing rings above and below body while aerial; the lower one appears to be a meteor smash.
  • Using an etheral Launch Star to fly into the air, presumably an up special move.
  • Using the Star Cursor to redirect projectiles around Rosalina. It also sucks in nearby items and has been seen to stop Poké Balls from opening after being thrown, so they can be picked up again.
