:Basically, someone made an account with almost the same name as me, but using a letter that looks very similar to an "o" instead of an actual "o" (various programs exist to "type" these funny letters). It's kind of like how "l" and "I" look identical in some fonts; people who aren't paying attention will think they're the same.
