The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

Trivia[edit]
- Smash 4 Boot Camp continued the trend from the Smash Summit series where exactly five Americans and one international player are voted in every time.
- As of this tournament, no player has competed at both a Melee Smash Summit event and a Smash 4 Boot Camp event. However, ESAM was both in Smash Summit 2 and made it to the second phase of voting of Smash 4 Boot Camp, and aMSa was both in Smash Summit 5 and eligible to be nominated for Smash 4 Boot Camp. ESAM ended up attending, but only as a VIP spectator and not a competitor.
- Larry Lurr defeated ZeRo 2-0 in Group B of pools, marking his first victory over ZeRo since 2GGT: Abadango Saga over a year prior. However, the results of this tournament are not included on the Panda Global Rankings.
- Marss also notably defeated Nairo in the Zero Suit Samus ditto, being the first player to do so. However, this tournament is not counted for the Panda Global Rankings said above.
- Smash 4 Boot Camp was ZeRo's last Smash Wii U tournament before his retirement in January 2018.
