The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

A stage based on the game Kirby's Dream Land (プププランド, Pupupu Land) appears in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS. It is a scrolling stage taking place in various areas of the aforementioned game. Apparently, turning on the Nintendo 3DS's 3D feature will make it look like there is a Game Boy inside the screen. Near the end of timed matches, the battery light on the front of the system dims out as the real one would when its batteries died.
Trivia
- The Pic of the day from August 8, 2014 that features the monochrome Kirby and King Dedede costumes is likely a reference to the original game, as it would have monochrome graphics when played on non-Game Boy models, excluding Nintendo 3DS-models where both monochrome and green can be selected in "Settings". Incidentally, the Super Smash Bros. and Kirby series were also directed by Masahiro Sakurai.
- Additionally, the Miiverse caption for the aforementioned picture references the Game Boy start-up sequence jingle.
