Article on Wikipedia Color TV Game

The Color TV-Game was a series of Pong consoles, the first made by Nintendo. The first model, the Color TV Game 6, was released in 1977. The 15 model was released in 1978. The console played fifteen variations of "Light Tennis," a clone of Atari's PONG. An Assist Trophy in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U is named after this console. When opened, it summons the paddles, which hit a ball around the stage, damaging players. A score appears above each paddle.
