The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

The Infantry and Tanks are an Assist Trophy in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, taken from the Nintendo Wars series, particularly Advance Wars. They form the bulk of your fighting force in every game in which they make an appearance. They were first confirmed as an Assist Trophy in a gameplay video from Nintendo, but were later confirmed on 14th March 2008 on the Dojo.
In Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Infantry and Tanks are one of six Assist Trophies that need to be unlocked before they can be used. Upon being unleashed from the trophy, Game Boy Advance sprites of Soldiers and Tanks will emerge, shooting bullets and missiles, which will damage any opposing players. While the soldiers and tanks are marching around, an air- raid siren will sound. Much like Excitebike and Lakitu, this Assist Trophy is represented by actual sprites from the original game.
How to Unlock
Play a total of 300 matches in Brawl or related modes.
