Nikki is the female host and mascot of Nintendo's messaging application Swapnote and Swapdoodle. Originally created to give tips and rewards, she has since gone on to appear in many different applications, including Art Academy: Lessons for Everyone!, the Nintendo News Section in Japan, and her stand-alone game Nikki's Travel Quiz.
In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
Nikki appears as an Assist Trophy. When summoned, she draws a picture using her pencil, which attacks the player. As of now, she has been confirmed to draw a Bullet Bill and a dinosaur.
Origin
Nikki's design is based off of her 2D look from Nikki's Travel Quiz and Nintendo's News Section which, in turn, is a redesign of her Mii appearance from Swapnote. She is located on the bottom left of the screen while drawing, similar to how she does when drawing in her home series.
