Oil Panic is a great move. It's not the most useful move ever, but whenever I absorb an attack via PSI Magnet, I never seem to recover enough damage to avoid getting hit by a smash attack after I've finished using the magnet. If someone's throwing energy/electric projectiles at you, just grab your bucket and unleash your attack at them!
