Battle of the Bristles was a Spirit Board event focused on spirits with facial hair. It ran from 6 a.m. on January 15, 2021 to 6 a.m. on January 18, 2021 (UTC), and was repeated from 6 a.m. on November 4, 2022 to 6 a.m. on November 7, 2022 (UTC), and was repeated again from 6 a.m. on November 3, 2023 to 6 a.m. on November 6, 2023 (UTC). During the event, defeating spirits on the Spirit Board which were part of the event awarded more SP than usual.

Description

North America

Goatees, mustaches, and beards, rejoice! Characters with facial hair will be whisking their whiskers on to the Spirit Board!

Defeat them in battle to earn more Spirit Points than usual.

PAL regions

From goatee to full-on beard, characters with facial hair are whisking their whiskers onto the Spirit Board! Defeat them in battle to earn more Spirit Points than usual.

The Legend-class Dr. Wily and Wario-Man, plus the Ace-class Garon and Karate Kong will also appear at set times. Don't miss out!
