The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters.
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted.

Smash Summit 3 is the upcoming third edition of the Smash Summit tournament series. It is a national Super Smash Bros. Melee invitational tournament to be held in Los Angeles, California from November 3rd to 6th, 2016 by Beyond the Summit. Singles, doubles and side events will be hosted. The tournament is being held at the Summit gaming house, a private residence, and so is not open to the general public.

These 10 players were invited by Beyond The Summit.

6 more players will be voted in by the community. They must be Top 50 in the 2015 SSBMRank, or have placed top 8 at The Big House 6, Get On My Level 2016, CEO 2016, Super Smash Con 2016, Pound 2016 or Heir 3.
