- For the fighter the effect is named after, see King Dedede.
The Dedede effect is used by a small number of attacks in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. It is exclusively used for King Dedede's attacks that feature his hammer. The effect appears to be identical to Normal in both function and aesthetics.
