Krystal as she appears in Star Fox Assault

Krystal (クリスタル Kurisutaru) is a character from the Star Fox series of video games, first appearing in Star Fox Adventures and is a member of the Starfox Team. In later games of the series, she seems to be Fox McCloud's girlfriend. Krystal was confirmed in Super Smash Bros. Brawl as a sticker and as a background character in Lylat Cruise Before the game's official release, she also appears as a trophy in the game. Her voice actor's official website ([1]) lists Krystal as a character she provided voicework for in the game. She was originally one of the most requested characters for Super Smash Bros. Brawl before even knowing most of the roster. It was speculated that she would be a playable character, but instead she only appears in cameos. However, in one of Falco's Lylat Cruise taunts it possibly hints at Krystal being in the next game. After Peppy and Slippy both express interest in being in the Smash Bros series, Krystal says that she's "the only one who can come through in a fight like this."

Krystal appears in communication during secret taunts. This is simply an easter egg and does not affect gameplay in any way.

Trophy Description

A member of the Star Fox team welcomed in Star Fox Adventures after the team met her on planet Sauria when responding to a distress signal. Krystal is capable of telepathy and is a valuable member in combat. After becoming romantically involved with Fox, their relationship gets very rocky in Star Fox Command.
