Majora's Mask (ムジュラの仮面, Mujura's Mask) is an object from the game The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
In Super Smash Bros. Melee
Majora's Mask appears as a stage that available only during Event 47: Trophy Tussle 3, for which the player receives the trophy. It has two horns on top (the human player starts on the left horn), and together, they create an enclosed area between them. Both sides of the stage are curved. They then lead down to some horizontal horns, which can be used as ledges.
Trophy information
A lonely Skull Kid put on Majora's Mask and unknowingly allowed a great evil to invade the land of Termina. The mask manifested its evil power into the fearsome looking moon, and the Skull Kid became merely a puppet under its malevolent power. In the ultimate battle with Link, Majora's Mask fought in three separate forms.
In Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Majora's Mask appears in the artwork used for one of the Skull Kid stickers.
In Super Smash Bros. 4
Majora's Mask is worn by Skull Kid. In addition, it appears in just Super Smash Bros. for Wii U as a trophy as well as an item in Smash Tour: when selected in a battle, it makes the user start with 50% damage in exchange for doubled stats.
Majora's Mask also appears as a paid downloadable content piece of headgear for Mii Fighters.
Trophy information
The Majora's Mask trophy is a Challenge reward, requiring that all 48 pieces of custom headgear be collected. It is part of the Ocarina of Time & Majora's Mask Trophy Box.
Created for the most hexing rituals, this mask is infused with such dark magic that it becomes an evil creature in its own right. In a separate dimension called Termina, it tries to cause the end of the world by making the moon fall from the sky. And if you think the mask looks creepy, wait until you see its other forms!

Origin
Masks play a prominent role in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. One of them serves as the main antagonist of the game.
Prior to the events of Majora's Mask, a wandering Skull Kid had ambushed a man in the forest. He stole Majora's Mask and wore it, unaware of the fact that a great evil was housed inside it, and ultimately being a victim to the mask's influence. Using his new-found power, he performed all kinds of mischief like turning Link into a Deku, forcing him to stop all kinds of havoc he caused in an alternate world.

Despite using powerful attacks (some of which are of a bizarre and childish manner), Majora is of no match to Link's power and is ultimately defeated. He disappears, along with the moon that he created. Link wakes up in south Termina Field, and see an ashamed Skull Kid. The Mask Salesman picks up the mask, seeing that the spirit has been destroyed for good, and bids Link farewell.
