:I believe that blurb is from an interview he gave at MLG Anaheim 2014 where Leffen did outright say this. I take it to mean that at the time, Leffen thought top players had gameplans that were too rigid (a "flowchart" on what to do in certain situations) and that he was looking to exploit that and pick them apart using that understanding. -- Yellow of the Grove 16:38, March 29, 2021 (EDT) |

Retiring?[edit]
His most recent tweets strongly suggest that he is going to retire from the Melee scene. Should this be mentioned? Chilex (talk) 23:08, 12 July 2014 (EDT)
- Leffen said he was going to retire/switch mains many times in the past after he didn't perform well. I'm not buying it unless there's other sources of confirmation. --Timson622222 (talk) 23:22, 12 July 2014 (EDT)
Biased[edit]
Of all the pictures to show of the sixth god, on a supposedly informational wiki, and someone chooses this sinister picture that only screams negative bias towards a controversial character. Meanwhile, we have absolutely natural pictures for the others, even innocent ones. But this one? Noooooooooo..... I am switching out the picture, and anyone who believes we should use THIS picture, better have a damn good reason. (Turnabout Gaming (talk) 00:10, 18 May 2015 (EDT))
Excuse me but...[edit]
I completely disagree with the image being used for his page right now. While the previos image was pretty huge, and this one shows him with Team SoloMid's sponsorship shirt, this image has very low resolution, and looks very blurry. To be honest, I would really suggest uploading another image of Leffen, an image that doesn't have low quality or is as small as this one. I mean, the Five Gods' images all have good quality in comparison to the poor quality of this one. -- The 70's called. They said BeepYou was here :v (talk) 15:45, 23 January 2016 (EST)
- I don't see the issue. The quality isn't amazing but it's not insufficient either. Miles (talk) 16:17, 23 January 2016 (EST)
- The problem is that the previous image had fairly good quality (but its resolution was too high), but now this image has low quality and exaggeratedly low resolution. Compared to the images I had uploaded for each smasher on the SSBMRank, this doesn't seem to fit, much less when we take into account two things: Leffen is a top player, and we can have better images of Leffen.
- IMHO, this image doesn't fit his page. It looks poor. -- The 70's called. They said BeepYou was here :v (talk) 16:23, 23 January 2016 (EST)
- Sorry for the late comment,but I changed the image. You're welcome,BeepYou. Penro ...that's all. 21:39, 9 February 2016 (EST)

This picture is horrible... but I can't do nothing about it?[edit]
I tried to upload Leffen's latest profile pic from 2016 (used to promote his future invovlement with EGLX, but apparently I don't have permission to do so. Someone do it for me. Please.

Leffen's Ultimate Mains[edit]
In December 2019 Leffen uploaded a Youtube video about picking up Mr. Game & Watch to use for bad Joker matchups so shouldn't Joker be on the list of mains and G&W on the list of other characters.

- Leffen dropped Joker a while ago and hasn't actually used G&W in tournament. He also quit playing Ultimate the same month he made the video, so I doubt he'll actually use G&W. CookiesCreme 16:56, August 1, 2020 (EDT)
Leffen's Yoshi in Melee[edit]
Is there actually any tournament results where Leffen used Yoshi? I remember seeing him say before how him being a former Yoshi main was just a joke, and to my knowledge I never seen him playing Yoshi in any tournaments. If real notable results of Leffen's Yoshi can't be found, then it shouldn't be listed among his retired characters. Omega Tyrant 23:08, March 3, 2021 (EST)
- Timson in the discord shown me some Leffen Yoshi results, which is probably more than what most Yoshi players have done with him, so I think noting him as a retired character is acceptable for now. Omega Tyrant 03:36, March 4, 2021 (EST)
Leffen retired from Ultimate?[edit]
I know he said he wouldn't focus as much on Ultimate as he was on Melee and that the online in Ultimate had some severe flaws but did he actually retire? When Pyra/Mythra came out, he said he would probably be using them when offline tournaments came back, saying the characters were his favorite DLC characters so far and that they were meant for him. SacredFire37 (talk) 19:58, March 7, 2021 (EST)
- Since he's consistently criticized Ultimate and even stated that playing top-level Ultimate was torture for him, plus the fact that he hasn't attend a tournament following DreamHack Winter 2019 (even with COVID), he's definitely retired. Of course, if he does come back the tag will come down. CookiesCreme 20:08, March 7, 2021 (EST)
What does "flowchart" behavior mean?[edit]
