The Final Battle (最終決戦, Final Battle) is the 40th and penultimate solo event match out of a total of 41 in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. This event pits the player against the Nintendo game villains, Bowser, King Dedede, and Ganondorf, while on Final Destination. The player has two stocks while each opponent has one stock. Despite the name this event (Event 40: The Final Battle) may seem like the final event in the game, but if one completes all the events, the player will unlock the secret 41st Event, with even harder enemies.
Trivia
- The song used for this event is Final Destination (Melee). Interestingly, this song also plays on Melee's pentultimate event, Final Destination Match.
- The Japanese name of this event is the same as the Japanese name of Event 50 from Melee.
