::I can confirm that Jigglypuff's dair is a Meteor Smash, but only on grounded opponents. The attack has two pairs of hitboxes - they are completely identical in size and position, but the one that hits grounded opponents is a Meteor Smash, and the one that hits aerial opponents is not.
