Atomsk (pronounced atom-isk[1]) is an SSBU King Dedede main from New Jersey. He is currently ranked 5th on the New Jersey Smash Ultimate Power Rankings and was formerly ranked 39th on the Wi-Fi Warrior Rank v6. Within Ultimate, he has taken sets off of high-caliber players such as Dark Wizzy, Pelca, Sinji, Quidd, Dill and Gen.
In Brawl, he mostly played King Dedede and was perpetually considered to be one of the best King Dedede mains in the world throughout its entire competitive life; at his prime, he was considered to be the absolute best. However, he was also known for playing a large variety of other characters at a high competitive level, including Meta Knight, Wario, and the Ice Climbers. He notably placed 5th in Brawl singles, 3rd in doubles, and 2nd in regional crews at Apex 2009. He has taken sets off of top professional players such as Ally, ADHD, UltimateRazer, MJG, Mr.R, Vinnie, Trela, Fatal, and ANTi. Atomsk was formerly ranked 7th on the New Jersey Smash 4 Power Rankings, 10th on the Tristate Brawl Power Rankings, and 13th on the 2016-2017 SSBBRank.
Unlike many other renowned Brawl players, Atomsk did not fully move on to Smash 4 after the demise of Brawl's competitive scene, with his Smash 4 tournament activity being scarce and his ability in it being at a significantly lower level. Instead, Atomsk focused on Melee, which includes examples such as travelling to GENESIS 4 to enter only in Melee. Here, he mains Jigglypuff, and has taken sets off players such as Peanutphobia, MacD, and Junebug.
Atomsk was signed by ATK Mode on July 17th, 2019.[2] However, they parted ways in January 2020.

Trivia
- Due to many smashers mispronouncing his name multiple different ways, Atomsk, out of frustration, temporarily changed his tag and Twitter name to Mr. Brodie Lee.[3]
- Since his departure from ATK Mode, Atomsk's tag prefix on smash.gg is filled by meme hashtags or names such as "#JoinDarkOrder", "Bringbackmelee" or "David Leon."
- In Brawl at SKTAR, Atomsk fought Glutonny in a money match while dressed as Captain America, "defending America" against Glutonny, who was competing in his first American tournament. Despite having the advantage in the Dedede vs. Wario matchup however, Glutonny won the set 3-2. The set can be watched here.
