Bowser Jr. (クッパJr., Koopa Jr.) is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. He returns with his Junior Clown Car. The Koopalings also return as his alternate costumes as well.

Aesthetics
As with all veterans returning from SSB4, Bowser Jr.'s model features a more subdued color scheme. Like his father, his horns, hair, and spikes feature simple detailing, but his scales remain undefined and his body is not as monotone. The new detailing is also expressed by the Koopalings. His model and textures otherwise appear unchanged.- The animation on Bowser Jr.'s pummel is slightly different.
- Clown Cannon's cannonball projectile animation is now reminiscent of how cannonball projectiles flew in Super Mario World.
