Sheik (シーク, Sheik) is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, officially confirmed on June 12th, 2018.
Changes from Super Smash Bros. 4
Aesthetics
- Sheik has gained new armor pieces on her shoulders and legs, resembling the Sheikah Set from Breath of the Wild.
Throws/other attacks
- Sheik has a new pummel, a kneekick. It is faster compared to her previous pummel.
Special Moves
- Using Burst Grenade mid-air will no longer leave Sheik helpless afterwards.
- Vanish no longer grants her invincibility right before executing the move.
- Sheik has a new Final Smash, replacing Light Arrow. In it, the Sheikah symbol will appear on screen before Sheik goes to target an opponent. If successful, Sheik will slash at the opponent repeatedly then deal a strong blow, similar to Triforce Slash.
Trivia
- Sheik is the only The Legend of Zelda character to not have a timeline change, instead remaining her Twilight Princess incarnation with the addition of the Sheikah Set.
