Does a shoulder tackle. Decent knockback, can combo into itself on heavy characters or potentially lead into grabs. Heavy lag and generally is highly punishable however, meaning it isn't very reliable. Is punishable on hit at low percents. This move is considered to be Captain Falcon's worst move.
