Captain Falcon was confirmed on July 14, 2014 to be a returning character for Super Smash Bros. 4, the same date that F-Zero X was released for the Nintendo 64 in Japan in 1998. He was revealed in a newcomer trailer for Lucina and Robin.
Confirmed information
The following moves appear visually unchanged:
- Forward tilt
- Forward Smash
- Down Taunt (Both Forward, and Backwards Animations)
- Falcon Punch
- Raptor Boost
- Falcon Kick
- Blue Falcon
Special Moves
In Super Smash Bros. 4, special moves can be swapped out for different variants, but Captain Falcon's have yet to be seen. These are his special moves:
