Overview[edit]
Isabelle tucks her knee in, and kicks out- happily spinning about with pom-poms on her hands. This is Isabelle's fastest aerial at frame 5, on top of being Isabelle's most reliable out of shield option. The sweet spot has decent horizontal launch power, while the late hit is long lasting, making it a useful edgeguarding tool. The sweet spot hit is also a combo starter at low percents, while the late hit is at mid percents.
Intentionally landing the late hit of Neutral air can keep the opponent closer and allow more time for a followup, offering a potential KO confirm.
