Overview[edit]
Donkey Kong holds his arms out in front of himself while stepping forward slightly. This grab is considered the best in Smash 64, as it has the longest horizontal range of any non-tether grab, and the longest vertical range as well, being able to grab short hopping opponents. It also isn't any slower than the other non-tether grabs. It can be setup using a forward aerial or Hand Slap.
The usefulness of this grab adds to the controversy of the infinite throw trap technique.
