- Forward smash has more ending lag (FAF 50 → 54).
- It causes more recoil damage (1.5% → 2%).
- Forward smash's last hit's hitbox is larger (5.3u → 5.8u), with its vertical displacement compensated (Y-offset: 4.7 → 5.2). This allows it to connect better from the looping hits.
