There are a few attacks in the Super Smash Bros. series that are magic-based.
Magic is an attack type in the Super Smash Bros. series that encompasses magical attacks. In Super Smash Bros. 4 and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, there is an effect that is also known as Magic. The type and effect are entirely separate: for example, a move can be Leg-type with a Magic effect, Magic-type with a Darkness effect, or even Magic-type with a Magic effect.

In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, magic was purely a type, and so attacks could not be both Magic and Leg (for example). They were boosted by Magic Attack stickers and tended to be electric.
Magic-type attacks (but not attacks with a magic effect) are boosted by Magic Attack stickers in Super Smash Bros. Brawls The Subspace Emissary and the Spirit skill or trait Magic Attack ↑ as well as certain Spirit Battle conditions in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Magic-type attacks are resisted by the Support Spirit skill Magic Resist ↑.

In Super Smash Bros. 4, magic remains a type, but it can also be an effect, which produces glittery visuals on hit. As a result, attacks can now be Leg/Magic, Weapon/Magic, or even Magic/Magic.

Note that the concept of type does not exist in games prior to Brawl, so only those characters' movesets are included in this list.

Magic-type attacks (but not attacks with a magic effect) are boosted by Magic Attack stickers in Super Smash Bros. Brawl's The Subspace Emissary and the Spirit skill or trait Magic Attack ↑ as well as certain Spirit Battle conditions in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Magic-type attacks are resisted by the Support Spirit skill Magic Resist ↑.
